We are seeking a suitably qualified graduate to work with Professor Luckin on the Taking on the Teenagers project funded by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC).
The project has been developed for the UK Transforming Energy Demand through Digital Innovation Scheme (TEDDI), and is the first energy efficiency scheme to engage directly with teenagers, who will be involved as ‘co-investigators' of the project and will be encouraged to report their findings using online communities and social networking with cutting-edge, mobile phone and wireless sensor technologies.
You will have a good first degree and a higher degree in a relevant discipline. You will also have some experience of working in funded research and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
This appointment will be subject to an enhanced CRB Disclosure.
