The Department of Chemistry and Physics at Coastal Carolina University invites applications for a teaching position in Physics and/or Astronomy to begin Fall 2011. We seek an individual with a commitment to quality undergraduate education and with knowledge of current effective Physics educational practices. Teaching assignments will be in the introductory level courses. Applicants qualified with a Master's degree including 18 hours in Physics and or Astronomy, or a Ph.D. in Physics or related field are encouraged to apply.
