VAP at Western New England

The Department of Physical & Biological Sciences at Western New England University seeks applications for a one academic year, full-time, Visiting Instructor or Visiting Assistant Professor position in Physics beginning August 31, 2015. Teaching responsibilities will be 12 credit hours per semester of introductory level physics in both lectures and laboratories for engineering, science, and non-science students. Master's degree in Physics required; doctoral degree preferred. A candidate must submit a cover letter, a current CV, and a teaching statement to the following address. A Candidate must also submit the names and contact information of three references that can comment on the candidate's teaching. Official transcripts of all course-work in higher education are required, but unofficial transcripts are acceptable during the initial application. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
