Job Summary:
The Assistant Professor position in Chemistry and Physics will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and updating the Physics laboratory and experiments; teaching introductory algebra and calculus based physics and physical science, lecture and lab courses for science, and engineering majors; maintaining an active research agenda consistent with one's area(s) of interest; involving undergraduates in research in any area of physics; academic advising and program development; and institutional and/or community service.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. A Ph.D. in Physics; an ABD in Physics will be considered
2. Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work collegially and productively

Preferred Qualifications:
1. A Ph.D in Physics Education with a focus on laboratory instructional technology
