TT at Valdosta State University

The Department of Physics, Astronomy and Geosciences at Valdosta State University invite applications for an Assistant Professor tenure-track position in Physics, beginning August 1, 2012. A completed PhD in Physics is required by appointment date. The successful applicant will teach lower and some upper-level physics courses. Upper-level teaching responsibilities will depend on the candidate's background and experience. Salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Valdosta State University is a regional university within the University System of Georgia and has a diverse enrollment of approximately 13,000 students. VSU is accredited by SACS.
