Renewable Instructional Faculty at VCU, Richmond VA

 Virginia Commonwealth University is seeking to fill two full-time, non-tenure track faculty positions at the rank of either instructor or teaching assistant professor to begin on August 16, 2015. One of these positions is for teaching introductory and modern physics. The other position is for teaching interdisciplinary science courses, including courses for prospective teachers. An M.S. in Physics or a related discipline is required and a Ph.D. degree is preferred. One year experience teaching at the college level is preferred. Candidates must have demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as a faculty member at VCU.
