Teaching fellow at Lebanon Valley College (PA)

The Physics Department at Lebanon Valley College invites applications for a nine month, full-time Teaching Fellowship starting August 2012 for the 2012–2013 academic year. The successful candidate will teach three courses in the fall semester and four courses in the spring. Area of specialization: Open. Teaching responsibilities include introductory physics, an advanced experimental physics lab course for physics majors, and a junior-level electricity and magnetism course for physics majors. Applicants must have attained ABD status or a recent Ph.D. and have experience in college-level teaching. Electronic versions of letters of application, curriculum vitae, statements of teaching philosophy, summary of teaching evaluations (if available), and three letters of recommendation should be submitted to work@lvc.edu.
