TT/T Math/Physics, Concord's CC, NH

The Professor of Math and Physics educates students in math and physics and provides leadership in the development and implementation of departmental and institutional activities that advance the mission of the college. This position reports to the Math/Physics Department Chair at NHTI, Concord's Community College.

The Professor teaches an assigned academic course schedule across the entire Math/Physics curriculum including, but not limited to, Pre-Algebra through Differential Equations, Statistics, Physics, and other related science courses, as assigned in the classroom, laboratory, and/or clinical setting as appropriate for the academic program and supervises educational activities of students under actual or simulated situations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university with major study in mathematics, physics, physical sciences, engineering, or a related field. Possession of a Master's degree in Education shall require twelve (12) graduate credits in mathematics, physics, physical sciences, engineering, or a related field and a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, physical sciences, engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Six (6) years of teaching experience in mathematics, physics, physical sciences, engineering, or a related field, two years of which shall have been in the supervision of students or personnel in educational activities or academic program administration or six (6) years of business or industry experience directly related to mathematics, physics, physical sciences, engineering, or a related field, two years of which shall have been in the supervision of personnel or program/project administration.

License/Certification: Valid Driver's License or access to statewide transportation.
