1 FT and 1 PT Lectureships, Central Washington University [Starting Jan 2015]

The Department of Physics at Central Washington University invites applications to fill one part-time and one full-time lecturer positions for the 2015 winter and spring academic terms. Courses to be taught included algebra-based and calculus-based introductory physics, as well as a conceptual physics course that is co-taught with an experienced faculty member.
An M.S. or Ph.D. in physics or a closely related field and some classroom experience at the undergraduate level are required. The physics department at CWU is fully committed to employing active learning approaches to all levels of undergraduate courses; experience with this method of instruction is preferred.
