TT at Oglethorpe, Atlanta GA

The Department of Physics at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta welcomes applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professorship in Physics, starting Fall 2015. The teaching load is two courses with labs per semester, fall and spring. The minimum qualification is an earned terminal degree in Physics or a closely related field. The area of specialty is open, but preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate the ability to involve undergraduates in research, both in physics and of a more interdisciplinary nature.
