TT, North Greenville University SC

The College of Science and Math at North Greenville University is seeking a Ph.D. candidate for a full-time faculty position in Physics. Preference will be given to those with experience teaching at the undergraduate level. An earned doctorate with teaching experience is required. 

Responsibilities may include advising students, teaching introductory and upper-level courses along with associated laboratories. The candidate will supply evidence of teaching skills with expertise in using technology in classroom instruction and best practices in teaching within their area. 

The Physics area employs 2 full-time faculty positions. Being a small university with an average class size of 20-30 students in the physics courses, our faculty develop strong academic relationships with their students. Preference will be given to candidates who can show evidence of excellent teaching evaluations and a willingness to spend time tutoring and mentoring students.
