2 Postdocs at University of Minnesota

Applications are invited for TWO postdoctoral research associate positions in physics education research in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. The central job duty of one of the postdoctoral positions will be to assist in development of a Zooniverse program, with other research opportunities will be available with emphasis on astronomy educational outreach. The central job duty of the second will be to oversee development for and assessment of introductory physics laboratory simulations. In addition, other research opportunities will be available with an emphasis on problem solving.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. in physics; a concentration in physics education research is recommended but not required. A background in web-based programming is desirable.
