One Assistant Professor – TF14-09
Department of Physics
The Department is seeking applications for a non-tenure track
position at the rank of visiting assistant professor. The
successful candidate will be expected to teach at all levels of the
undergraduate physics and engineering curriculum and develop a
research program involving undergraduate students.
Qualifications:
· A Ph.D. in
physics, engineering or a closely related field is required. The
primary qualification for this position is excellence in
teaching.
· This position
is subject to a comprehensive background screen, with employment
contingent upon satisfactory results. If access to a University
vehicle is required for the position, a DMV check for driving
record and valid driver’s license is also required.
