The Department of Physics at Syracuse University invites applications
for a visiting faculty position. We seek candidates with a PhD in
Physics or a Doctorate in Science Education with a MS degree in Physics
or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications include experience in
physics education research and a strong interest and ability to teach
effectively at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. A program of
research compatible with Department interests is also preferred.
The
initial appointment will be for one year with the possibility of
renewal for a further one or two years subject to availability of funds.
