Summary of Position
The Department of Physics at Keene State College is seeking qualified applicants to teach algebra based introductory level physics courses and laboratories for the 2014-2015 academic year. Opportunities to teach general education courses in both Astronomy and Meteorology or the upper level courses will depend on need as well as knowledge and experience.

The Contract Lecturer is a full-time one-year benefitted appointment, with possible renewal for a second year. A search for a tenure track faculty member will be conducted in the 2014-2015 academic year, appointment to begin fall 2015, and qualified applicants would be eligible to apply. Acceptable Minimum Qualifications
A doctoral degree in Physics or related field is preferred but will consider applicants with a Masters degree. This position requires a minimum of three years teaching experience (college-level preferred), demonstrated oral and written communication skills and evidence of teaching effectiveness.
