The Department of Physics at Auburn University invites applications for a
Lecturer position. Applicants must have a Ph. D in Physics or
equivalent degree. The successful candidate will be expected to teach
introductory and upper-level undergraduate physics course, interact with
other faculty and staff to contribute to current and future innovative
pedagogical efforts in undergraduate teaching, and supervise graduate
teaching assistants. Experience in physics education research (PER) and
teaching large lecture classes is desirable. This is a 9 month
