Chico State is hiring a postdoc for a 3-year NSF funded project working on the Learning Assistant Supported Student Outcomes (LASSO) project to evaluate the impact of Learning Assistants on student outcomes at institutions around the countries. Experience in quantitative methods, particularly hierarchical linear modeling, is essential. Knowledge of the Learning Assistant model and a STEM disciplinary background are preferred, but not required. Application review will beginMarch 1st.
