DESCRIPTION:   The Department of Physics at the University of Redlands welcomes applications for the Visiting Assistant Professor in Physics to begin in the Fall 2016 semester.
The University of Redlands is a private, comprehensive liberal arts institution located 60 miles east of Los Angeles. We actively encourage applications from women and under-represented groups. Information about the University and its mission and facilities is available at www.redlands.edu.
POSITION CRITERIA:   The successful candidate will teach algebra-based introductory physics courses and associated laboratories for science majors and an upper-division course for physics majors. There will also be an opportunity to involve our students in research, but this is not required. Applications from PhD-holders and very advanced ABDs will be considered.
