Georgia State College invites applications for two positions of
assistant professor for the School of Science and Mathematics in the
Department of Natural Sciences. This position involves teaching,
scholarship, and service. Teaching responsibilities may include day
and/or evening lower level classes in astronomy, physics, and physical
science courses. Travel between campuses (Dublin, Cochran, Warner Robins
and Macon, Georgia) may be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates with an earned Doctorate in Physics or related area are
preferred. Previous teaching experience is desired. Candidates selected
for employment will be subject to a background check.
