The Department of Physics at Smith College invites applications for a full-time Lecturer position, to begin July 2015. This is a one-year, non-tenure-track, benefits-eligible appointment with a five-course teaching load. Candidates should have a Ph.D in physics by the time of appointment and a demonstrated commitment to undergraduate teaching. This is a teaching position, but research lab space and equipment are available if desired.
