Job Description |
This is a full-time temporary faculty position beginning with the Fall 2015 semester for two Academic Years (2015 to 2016 and 2016 to 2017). The College desires candidates with on-going professional development interests, love of teaching, and enthusiasm for campus and College committees and activities.

Preferred Qualifications |
Prefer applicants with: (1) community college teaching experience and (2) the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

This is a two-year temporary non-tenured assignment. To be considered, applicants must have been awarded the qualifying graduate degree or graduate semester hours by December 2014. Applicants with a qualifying degree from an educational institution outside the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom must submit a foreign credential evaluation from one of the members of the National Association of Credential Evaluations Services (website: www.naces.org). A faculty member shall be assigned to the appropriate salary grade based on the College’s contract with the faculty union. The present entry levels are: (Grade III) Bachelor’s degree plus college faculty experience $42,187, (Grade II) Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the field $44,248, (Grade II+) Master’s degree plus 30 graduate semester hours in the teaching field $46,514 and (Grade I) an earned Doctorate in major field $48,781.
