The Department of Physics and Engineering Physics at the University of Tulsa (
) invites applications for an Instructor/Applied Assistant Professor position. The position is a 10-month non-tenure-track continuing faculty appointment. A Ph.D. in physics or engineering physics is preferred, but related fields and ABD will be considered. Teaching responsibilities will include introductory physics courses and related laboratories and may include advanced courses depending on departmental needs. An interest in mentoring undergraduate research projects will be a plus. The department offers baccalaureate and master’s degrees in Physics and Engineering Physics and a doctoral degree in Physics.
