Geophysics VAP at Bates College ME

The Bates College Department of Physics and Astronomy and Department of Geology invite applications from Ph.D. environmental geophysicists for a full-time, five-course position as Visiting Assistant Professor in 2015-16. The preferred research fields of candidates are atmospheric or climate science, fluid dynamics of the oceans, or environmental geotechnical fields. The successful candidate will teach introductory and upper-level courses and supervise senior theses in a vigorous undergraduate program. Salary is competitive.
