The postdocs will join CRICPE, a WMU research center that conducts and supports interdisciplinary research focused on promoting transformative change in postsecondary education (see http://wmich.edu/changeresearch ). Responsibilities will include research planning, development, data collection and analysis, and development of manuscripts and presentations related to the project.

We are seeking applicants who have experience and interest in applying interdisciplinary research methods to solve important problems in higher education and who have a strong interest in student success, institutional change, or professional development.
