FT at Missouri Valley College

The Division of Math/Science at Missouri Valley College, a private liberal arts college, invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Physics to begin January 2016. The teaching load includes Introduction to  Physical Science and General Physics, and other courses such as Calculus I, College Algebra, or Environmental Science. Minimum qualifications include a Masters in Physics, preferably a Ph.D., and teaching experience in the discipline. Collegiality, professionalism, and a strong commitment to teaching excellence and to the college mission are necessary qualifications. Duties include serving on campus committees and advising students.
