Community College of Philadelphia is the largest public institution of higher education in the City. The Department of Physics invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position to begin Fall 2016.
In addition to a range of Physics courses, the Department also includes programs in Engineering Science and Applied Science and Engineering Technology.

| Minimum Qualifications |
Qualified candidates must have a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Physics, Engineering or Engineering Technology and experience teaching at the college level. Experience teaching at the college level includes teaching at a university or community college as well as experience as a graduate teaching assistant.

| Preferred Qualifications |
For candidates with a degree in Engineering Technology, preference will be given to those who have at least two years of industry experience.
