TT at Radford University


The Department of Physics at Radford University (RU)  seeks a candidate for a tenure-track position in physics beginning in Fall 2013.  More information about the Department can be found at http://www.radford.edu/physics/.    

Applicants must have a PhD in Physics by the time of employment.  Applicants should provide evidence of commitment to excellent teaching.  Preference will be given to an experimentalist who will be able to establish an on-campus laboratory suitable for faculty/undergraduate student research.  Successful candidates will be required to successfully advise students, teach physics at the introductory and advanced levels as well as associated undergraduate laboratories, and remain current and involved in professional activities.
