VAP at SUNY Geneseo

The Department of Physics and Astronomy at the State University of New York at Geneseo invites applications for a temporary, one-year, full-time faculty position at the Visiting Assistant Professor or Lecturer level to begin in August 2013.

The candidate must have earned a Ph.D. in physics by August 20, 2013. The candidate must also demonstrate an interest and potential for excellent teaching throughout our undergraduate curriculum. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to be a good department colleague and a good citizen of the college. Preference will be given to candidates who can involve students in undergraduate research projects.
