| Position Summary | In addition to teaching undergraduate courses, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the department’s undergraduate instructional laboratories. This includes but is not limited to maintaining both lab and demonstration equipment, scheduling and supervising lab instructors, maintaining an inventory, ordering equipment, and interfacing with faculty. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the physics department’s website. Candidate may be required to move heavy instruments from room to room and/or floor to floor. |
| Minimum Position Qualifications | Candidates should hold at least an M.S. degree in Physics, have a record of excellence in teaching undergraduate physics lecture and laboratory courses, strong interpersonal and administrative skills, and a strong commitment to academic excellence. |
