TT at Widener University

The Department of Physics/Astronomy invites applications for a tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor, to begin September 2011. A Ph.D. in physics or astronomy is required. The successful candidate will be expected to teach all levels of undergraduate astronomy and physics. Research appropriate for undergraduate participation is strongly encouraged. Applications should consist of a letter of application and CV, three letters of recommendation, and statements of teaching philosophy and of research plans.
